The Hill Cumorah Pageant

The Hill Cumorah Pageant is one of the world's largest outdoor productions. Since 1937 the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has put on a production about the Book of Mormon. With free admission and nearly ten thousand available seats the play has become extremely popular.

The Pageant's story line comes from the Book of Mormon and the Bible. It follows Lehi, the first prophet in the Book of Mormon, to the Americas and tells the story of his children and posterity. The entire message is centered around Jesus Christ and spreads the message of His love.

I testify that what this pageant teaches is true. That the Book of Mormon is the word of God and that what Joseph Smith said about it is true. That "it is the most correct of any book on earth, and the keystone of our religion, and a man would get nearer to God by abiding by its precepts, than by any other book." (History of the Church, 4:461) This Book has changed my life in a million different ways and has been the greatest blessing to me. I promise it can and will do the same for you. No matter what your situation or circumstance, the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ will pick you up and lift you higher.

The Pageant is held at the Hill Cumorah at 603 New York 21, Palmyra, NY 14522. It starts at 9:00 P.M. and runs July 8th, 9th, and the 12th through the 16th. Come and feel of our Savior's love and indulge in the truth that He has once again restored. I invite you to come and learn of Him.
